(1) Product Description
The basic working principle of U tube solar heater collector is:
sunlight penetrates the collector tube and irradiates on the
selective absorption film of the inner tube of the collector tube.
The film layer converts sunlight energy into heat energy, and the
heat energy is transmitted to The built-in heat pipe quickly heats
and vaporizes the working fluid in the evaporation section of the
heat pipe, and the vapor and chemical substances rise to the
condensing section of the heat pipe, so that the condensing section
heats up quickly, and the energy is transferred through the
condensing sleeve and collected to the medium passing through the
flow pipe ( Water, glycol, etc.). After the heat pipe working fluid
releases the latent heat of vaporization, it is condensed into a
liquid, and flows back to the evaporation section of the heat pipe
under the action of gravity. After receiving the heat of the heat
collecting pipe, it rises and vaporizes again, condenses and
refluxes again, and works cyclically. The U tube solar heater
collector continuously absorbs solar radiation energy to provide
heat energy to the system through the vapor-liquid phase change
cycle process of the working fluid in the heat pipe.
